Rather than attempting to create the illusion of a big law firm or contracting for a virtual office with an "executive suite company", David has chosen to operate on a personal level with his clients. If you send an e-mail, it goes directly to David's inbox. If you call David, his cell phone will ring. He doesn't guarantee he will always be available since he has other clients and activities, but at least you know he takes a personal interest in your contact.

It may be legal to create an illusion, but the right thing to do is to strive for transparency. Know with whom you are conducting business before you make any decisions.
